  • Progress data: which lessons you have watched, completed, and your answers to reflection and test questions.

Your data is used to provide the Service — enrolling you in courses, recording your progress, issuing certificates, and allowing managers to report on completion. We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the Service as the lawful basis for processing.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time from your profile page.
